We recommend using Xpress Post through Canada Post for all medication shipments. The amount of postage required will depend on the weight and size of your package.

How do I submit my prescription?

Email, fax, or upload your prescription.(s). Fax 1-888-338-6690. Email info@365scriptcare.com. Please allow 1-3 business days to add your prescription to your profile. Orders are processed in 3 business days. Copy before mailing. This will prevent order delays. Please submit the paper prescription. If not, future orders may not ship. If your doctor faxes the prescription to us, you don’t need to mail it. Your order will be held until we receive your prescription and payment. Prescription copies can process orders. If you mail your prescription, your order will be held until it arrives. Please cooperate.

Do I need a prescription?

How much medication can you supply at once?

Our affiliated pharmacies can provide you with up to a three-month supply of your medication at one time. We will store your prescription in your account until you are ready to refill it with us again.

Can I cancel my order once it has been submitted?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may be able to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

What is your policy regarding shipping multiple medications in one order?

In most cases, our contracted pharmacies will send your medications together in a single shipment. They may divide your order and ship the medication separately if it is going to be delayed. Because of this, you might see multiple charges on your credit card statement. However, the final price won’t be more than what you paid for your initial order. Without your permission, we will not divide your order. Your medications may arrive separately if we are sourcing them from more than one of our contracted pharmacies.

Will you ship any prescription medications?

I am on 5 different medications, and you don't seem to list them all, can you ship them?

You can ask our Product And Pricing team to find the medication you need if you can’t find it on our site. Our suppliers’ response time is typically between five and seven business days. Creating a basic profile is necessary in order to make a request to our suppliers about your medications. Please be aware that we do not sell any type of controlled substances.

Once you find the correct medication and strength, use the ‘Buy’ button to add it to your cart for checkout. If you have multiple medications, use the search icon at the top of the page to search for additional medications and add them to your cart.

2. Proceed through checkout

Proceed through the checkout process, entering your contact details, payment details and address information. You will need to enter your email address and create a password so that you can login to the site again later to re-order and/or check your order status. If you have already created an account, you can login using your email address and password during checkout to retrieve your contact details.

3. Send your prescription

For prescription medication orders, you will need to send a scanned (or quality digital photo) copy of your prescription to us. You can upload it directly to this website after you have placed your order, or fax it to us. If your order does not contain any prescription medications, your order can be processed without any additional documentation. Note – if your prescription is not on file when we process your prescription order, our staff will contact you directly to ensure that you send it to us.
